Shipping Info
CD's and Box Sets will be sent either first class signed for or by courier. I will provide customers with any tracking info available.

CD's and Box Sets will be well packaged and sealed for dispatch.

Please note that if you are outside of the UK, postage price does not cover for the custom charges in your country. However, I can mark the item as a 'gift' and this usually removes, if not greatly reduces any extra cost being charged to you.

You can contact me above for any further information about delivery and I am happy to keep you informed of the process.
In the meantime, all physical copies come with free digital downloads that can be listened to before (and after) the physical purchase arrives.
Return Policy
In the event of damaged goods received, please message me with your order number with info and pictures of your damaged items for me to address. I will then issue you either a replacement, full or partial refund. Depending on the circumstances and availability.
In the event of lost goods, please also contact me with your order number and info so I can look in to it for you. As every location has their own estimated time period for items to be received depending on purchase, dispatch and delivery time (as well as other things such as holidays, etc) all of these will be considered before offering a replacement or refund.
If you are returning an item upon agreement, please send the item back by signed for post or with courier where possible to ensure it reaches me ok and inform me of the process along the way. All items must be returned back in the same condition they were received in order to be issued a refund unless agreed otherwise.
